• a different email address
• double check your password
• use the "forgot my password" option on the login page with each of your email addresses until you get the right one
• You're using an old login location/wrong login link 
• You've not yet completed your registration. If none of your emails work and you have no confirmation emails in your email search (check SPAM folders), it's possible that a glitch in the system prevented you from completing your signup.

If you've checked all of those things and the reset password link didn't work for you, contact support to check your account and/or reset your password.

• The system sends you an email with your access link
• You will access this area with a single click – no need to remember usernames and passwords
• Once you have access to the customer hub, at the top will be a summary of your details along with a button saying UPDATE MY INFO
• After updating your information, click SAVE CHANGES

• You will be taken to a page where you enter your purchase email address
• The system sends you an email with your access link
• You will access this area with a single click – no need to remember usernames and passwords

TO GET A COPY OF AN INVOICE

From inside the Customer Hub, you will:

1. Click on the product or membership
2. Find the billing date you're looking for
3. Click "View Invoice" and then email yourself a copy.

TO ADD ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO YOUR INVOICE

From inside the Customer Hub, you will:

1. Click on the "Update My Info" button
2. Add your business name, phone number, address and any other information you need.
3. After updating your information, click SAVE CHANGES

You can add additional information in the "Business Name" line.

Annual subscriptions  -- Unfortunately, we don't offer the option to pause a yearly subscription. 

Monthly subscriptions -- Generally, we just request that you cancel your subscription and sign back up when you're ready.

If you want access as long as possible, best to cancel just 12-24 hours before your next billing date to avoid another payment being pulled.
